Scheduling

Pickups are scheduled at approximately eight weeks of age based on individual readiness. BEFORE scheduling pickup you must obtain pre-approval for your enclosure setup.

Only the approved applicant can contact us to schedule a pick-up. Your hedgehog must be picked up within seven days of being notified that your hedgehog is ready unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.

 

The balance must be paid in cash upon pickup. If you prefer to pay by card the payment must clear before we will release your hedgehog to you. All electronic payments must be made 48 hours in advance.

Porch pick-ups are available by appointment at our residence in Owasso, Oklahoma.

Front porch pick-up hours are as follows:

Saturdays: 8 am - 2 pm

Sundays: 8 am - 2 pm

For liability reasons, we do not allow our customers inside our home. If you need to use the restroom before your scheduled pickup, please stop by QT before your arrival.

We block off 30 minutes for hedgehog pickups. It usually doesn't take the full half hour, so don't hesitate to utilize this opportunity to ask us as many questions as you have! Please be respectful of our time! We understand that things happen out of your control such as car problems and getting lost, but if you are running more than 15 minutes late please call to let us know. ***It may be necessary to reschedule if you are running more than 15 minutes late if we have family plans. ***

 

Plan to give yourself extra time to get here!

 

​Please bring your ID, a carrier to take your hedgehog home, and exact cash for the final payment. If you are under 18, your guardian must cosign.
