As a member of our Priority Waiting List, you can choose your preferred color or gender from our future litters before they are advertised on our website.

LOCAL PICKUP:
If you plan to pick up locally, we offer porch pick-up at our home in Owasso, Oklahoma.

GROUND TRANSPORT:
If you live outside of Oklahoma, we can organize for a third-party transporter to deliver your hedgehog for an extra fee.

A link will be sent once you are approved.
The $100 is a non-refundable deposit to hold the hedgehog of your choice! Website checkout includes a $5 processing fee. Only the deposit will be discounted toward the total purchase price.
Your reservation is not complete until you have filled out the application and paid your deposit.

Adults must be paid in full to hold. Payments are non-refundable if you change your mind, but can go towards future litters coming up. We highly recommend that you schedule a meet and greet after filling out the application.

Adult hedgehogs are often a better option for first-time owners, especially those seeking more predictable and manageable behaviors with established personalities; you'll have a clearer understanding of what to expect from them. Our adult hedgehogs are already on a consistent diet, making feeding easier, while babies require more careful attention to ensure proper nutrition. Additionally, adults tend to be more adaptable to changes in their environment.
Adults may also be more susceptible to age-related health issues, like obesity, dental problems, or arthritis. Since hedgehogs typically live 5–6 years, adopting an adult means fewer years together than raising a baby. The oldest hedgehog at Gunner's Quills lived to 8.5 years old; his name was Koda. We can't predict the lifespan or any age related health conditions that occur, but we will do our best to make sure that we have made sure that our hedgehogs find the best forever homes. Our adults must be met in person before you are approved to adopt, we do not accept payments until you are approved and we feel you are a good fix for the adult you are interested in. They truly choose their people! This is why we require adults to be met in person. Adult hedgehogs make wonderful pets with the right care, patience, and the right family!
