Scheduling Pickup

1. BEFORE scheduling pickup you must obtain pre-approval for your enclosure setup.

2. Only the approved applicant can contact us to schedule a pick-up.

Your hedgehog must be picked up within seven days of being notified that your hedgehog is ready unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.

3. The balance must be paid in cash upon pickup.

If you prefer to pay by card, the payment must clear before we release your hedgehog. All electronic payments must be made 48 hours in advance.

4. Porch pick-ups are available by appointment at our residence in Owasso, Oklahoma.

For liability reasons, we do not allow our customers inside our home.
If you need to use the restroom before your scheduled pickup, please stop by QT before your arrival. (9600 N Garnett Rd Owasso, OK)

5. We block off 30 minutes for hedgehog pickups.

Utilize this opportunity to ask us as many questions as you have!
Please be respectful of our time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late if we have family plans.
